Join breathwork guide Kris Kelly and sound healer & vocalist Annie Bosco for a powerful, heart-centered experience designed to help you release what no longer serves, reconnect to your body, and restore inner peace.

Through Somatic Breathwork, you’ll use conscious breathing to gently activate the nervous system, release stored emotion and trauma, and open pathways of clarity and self-connection. Breathwork invites you to come home to yourself — to feel, to let go, and to remember the calm and wisdom that have always lived within you.

As your breath deepens, Annie’s live sound bath will carry you through waves of healing vibration — crystal bowls, gentle percussion, and her beautiful, ethereal vocals — guiding you into states of profound relaxation, integration, and peace.

This ceremony is an opportunity to reset your nervous system, balance your energy, and awaken a sense of lightness and clarity.

Kris Kelly is a breathwork guide, singer-songwriter, and entrepreneur devoted to helping others reconnect with their innate wholeness.

After studying classical voice and composition at NYU and traveling through South America with a guitar, Kris discovered breathwork as a missing bridge — a way to release trauma, regulate the nervous system, and return home to the body.

As a certified somatic breathwork facilitator, Kris creates safe, heart-centered spaces for transformation and self-connection.

Annie Bosco is a sound healer, singer/songwriter, and intuitive musician whose ethereal voice and crystal bowl soundscapes create a deeply restorative and transcendent experience. Through her unique blend of tone, vibration, and presence, she helps participants access emotional release and inner harmony.
