Breathwork Ceremony for Anger & Grief

Join Kerrin for a transformative breathwork experience where you will be guided through an intuitive, three part breath to help clear stagnant energy from your energetic grid. This class will be focused on releasing stored anger and grief.

Kerrin will take you on a journey, weaving spirituality, energy work, and channeling information to help you clear old stories, blocks, beliefs and welcome in a new reality.

Breathwork helps to regulate the nervous system, increases oxygenation to the body & tissues, promoting healing on a physical level, and allows you to drop into your subconscious mind to aid in mental & emotional healing.

During the ceremony, you will have the opportunity to go inwards in a supportive and safe environment. Whether you are new to breathwork or have previous experience, this event is open to all who are looking to deepen their practice.

About Kerrin:

Kerrin has been practicing holding safe space for healing in the realm of nursing for the last 11 years. The past few years, she has undergone a spiritual awakening- waking up dormant psychic gifts that include claircognizance, clairvoyance, premonitions, channeling light beings, and much more. She was introduced to breathwork in early 2024 and was shocked to see how deep the healing with breathwork took her- far deeper than years of therapy. It is part of her life purpose to share breathwork with others, and to hold space for people to heal, traverse realms, and rememeber who they are, and why they are here on Earth right now.
