Experience the POWER of your breath
!This is an immersive three hour experience where you’ll be supported to let go of what's holding you back, melt away limiting beliefs, tap into your inner guidance and access clarity and creative new ideas. Loren Honey uses conscious connected breathwork, energy work and emotional awareness to support you in being your own healer and guide.
Breathwork is a tool we can use to support our autonomic nervous system and is a powerful way to both activate and unwind.
This is Loren's last Breathwork event in Auckland for the year.

Meet your facilitator:
Loren Honey is renowned as one of Aotearoa’s OG’s of breathwork with over 7 years experience and supported thousands of people. Her trauma informed approach, knowledge and background as a coach and mentor mean you can rest knowing you’re in good hands.
WHEN IS IT? Saturday 29 November, 12.30 - 3.30pm
WHERE IS IT? Yoga Ground, Level 1, 56 Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn, Auckland
WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, a water bottle, lip balm, journal, pen. Wear comfortable clothes and please dont wear any perfume to keep the air clear and clean.
Contraindications:
Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release. As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices.
It is crucial that you inform your breathwork practitioner if any of the following conditions are relevant to you:
- Pregnancy (at any stage), severe PTSD or trauma, recent surgery, detached retina, glaucoma, kidney disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack or stroke, aneurysm in the brain or abdomen, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, history of seizures
- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
Q: I have one or more of the listed contraindications - what should I do?
A: Email or message Loren to let her know what these are and she’ll let you know if she can offer adjustments so you can attend, a 1:1 private session is more suitable or if it’s not the right time for you
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No I don't offer refunds however you can transfer your ticket to a friend or family up to 12 hours before the event and let me know by email to [email protected] with your order # to confirm. Within 12 hours or less of the event, tickets are non-transferable to a later date and non-refundable. Your purchase of ticket/s indicates your awareness and agreement to this.
