We come together to slow down, breathe deeply, and share a meal that feels like home.We’ll start with a one-hour breathwork session guided by Asha to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and just be. No experience necessary—just bring your breath and a willingness to show up as you are.After we breathe, we eat.Chef Marcelo, a Brazilian culinary artist trained in Brazilian, Portuguese, and Italian cuisine, will be serving up a cozy, flavorful brunch with vegetarian options included. The vibe is informal, like picking up a plate from your grandma’s kitchen after all the cousins arrive. No fuss, just good food and even better energy.This isn’t just about wellness, it’s about community. About being in a space where you can feel seen, supported, and nourished from the inside out.Everyone is welcome, but space is limited to 15 people, so grab your spot early.
