I will be offering a half-day workshop on Sunday 14 December – an in-depth experience with a small group of only 3 participants!

✔️ Analysis of your breathing pattern and its impact on your daily life
✔️ 2 intensive breathwork sessions to improve your breathing capacity, release emotional blockages, and regulate your nervous system
✔️ More energy, more connection with yourself
🧘‍♀️ What do you need?
Comfortable sportswear, a bottle of water, and a small notebook (optional).
A safe space and everything else will be provided by me.
