Welcome to our Breathwork & Yin Yoga Workshop! We invite you to experience beautiful breathing & yoga techniques to drop into your body, to feel renewed, and to be reminded of how deeply & profoundly loved you are as we usher in the upcoming holidays.
During this workshop, we will flow from breathwork into Yin Yoga using various holistic practices, oils, and ancient Palos Santos wood to cleanse, and give you the ultimate relaxing experience.
All you need is a yoga mat and a water bottle. Yoga mats will be available if you need one.
