This event will be guided by Natalie Juul and Emil Schlosser.
Natalie is a trained Rebirthing Breathwork facilitator, with several years of experience, as well as an experienced trauma therapist.
Emil is trained in Clarity Breathwork. He started his breathwork journey in 2014 with Holotropic Breathwork, but has since trained in Clarity Breathwork and has been facilitating breathwork sessions since 2019.
You will be guided through various “warm-up” exercises, an hour of Rebirthing Breathwork, followed by a Sound Bath and integration.

Practical:
-Please bring warm and comfortable clothes. Blankets and cushions are available.
-Yoga mats will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat as well for extra cushioning.
-Good idea to bring a water bottle.
-Please arrive 10 minutes before to ensure that we can start on time.
-If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, high blood pressure or any heart conditions please reach out. You can still participate in a modified way.
-If you have asthma, you can participate but bring your inhaler.
What is Rebirthing Breathwork?
Rebirthing Breathwork is a healing modality that uses conscious connected breathing, which induces deep relaxation and an expanded state of consciousness.
Rebirthing Breathwork’s predominant characteristic is simplicity. It begins with you lying down, relaxing and just breathing. It uses an easy to follow breathing technique called ‘conscious connected circular breathing’.
The process of long and careful attention to the circular breath technique exposes multiple layers of inhibitions and unconscious patterns of defenses that have developed from birth and throughout your life that have blocked your pleasure and aliveness. You can neutralize and integrate whatever may surface by simply breathing through it, as you maintain present awareness and know that you are held in a safe space.
