Step into a sacred space as you embark on a journey of breathwork and sound healing with Leah Clara.
With gentle guidance, you’ll be invited to connect with your breath, using the Conscious Connected Breathwork practice as a powerful tool to unlock stagnant energy and release emotional blockages. As you delve deeper into your breath, you’ll feel a sense of expansion and openness within, allowing you to access deeper layers of somatic healing, creating space for profound healing to occur.
Following your Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, you will be guided into pure relaxation and nervous system regulation, grounding you completely through the sounds of pure clear quartz crystal singing bowls, allowing space for integration following the activation of the breathwork. Each tone resonates with a different energy centre of the body and the blending of sounds creates a binaural wave length guiding you into delta & theta states of resonance and harmony.
As you surrender to the symphony of sound and breath, you may experience waves of emotion, visions, or profound insights. Allow yourself to be present with whatever arises, knowing that this is a safe space for exploration and healing. As the session draws to a close, you’ll emerge feeling a deeper connection to your inner essence.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Put simply this type of breathwork is an evidence based practice that uses the breath to link the conscious and unconscious mind.
It can be deeply healing and transformational, it has huge therapeutic benefits, creating space to process and integrate emotions held within the body or anything that lies unprocessed in the subconscious that is ready to be dealt with.
It is important to enter this workshop with the understanding that it is a deep reflective and meditative practice that if entered with willingness and an open mind can harbour great results and insights for the participant.

This session is not a workshop where we will be learning specific breathing methods and it is not related to whimhoff and other highly activating breathing techniques.
