Join us forflow Breathwork + Reiki + Sound Healing experience designed to support emotional release and nervous system regulation. Together we’ll move through a flowing sequence of a ThetaHealing meditation, a 3-part breath pattern, an empowering affirmation meditation, and a healing sound bath with Reiki throughout.

Will create a safe and supportive space for you to:

• Reduce Stress & Anxiety: Release tension and find a sense of calm.
• Deepen Self-Connection: Connect with your inner wisdom and intuition.

What You Will Experience

• A fully guided journey using your breath with inward prompts to help you set clear intentions for what you're ready to release and create
• Gentle integration with 30-minute sound bath
• A calm, grounded, and intentional healing safe environment

• A relaxing space where you can lay down and go inward
• A 90-minute session, including time for optional sharing in the circle afterward
• Comfortable mats, blankets, eye masks, and journals will be provided for all participants
