Breathwork & Sound Healing Ceremony

In this 2-hour ceremony, Emily will guide you through a deep healing experience to tap into your inherent power and access your Soul!

We begin with pulling a card from the altar space, diving deep into a guided meditation, prompted journaling and sharing, and end with a transformative breathwork session.

We use the medicine of sound healing, energy work, intention setting, and the power of your breath to facilitate your greatest transformation. You will be completely held and guided through the entire experience so that you may discover the blocks held in your body and be assisted in releasing the energy.

The style of breathwork that Emily will lead is a 3-part breath: an inhale to the belly, inhale to the chest, and exhale.

Breathwork assists with:

• Unblocking subconscious beliefs and energy

• Releasing trauma and healing stored emotions

• Regulates your nervous system so you can experience clarity and ease

• Connect you to your intuition

• Creating space for your authentic expression so you can live from your Soul

The Power of Sound Healing:

• Sound healing instruments provide vibrational frequencies that can transfer through the skin, fluid, and bones.

• The human body is 70% water, so utilizing these vibrations can support you in full body relaxation and recalibration on evvvvery level - energetically, emotionally, cellularly, physically, and spiritually.

• Pairing sound healing with energy work and breathwork can assist with releasing pain, feelings of anxiety and depression, enhancing energy levels, increasing your immune system, regulating your nervous system, and creating alignment.

• Everyone's experience with sound healing is different and unique - you can experience different visuals, colors, and physical sensations.

If you can, please bring your own props:

• Yoga mat

• Blanket(s)

• Block/Bolster/Pillow

• Cover for Eyes

Her mission is to connect you to the love and truth that already lives within you - not outside. Upon discovering the practice of yoga and breathwork, she rooted in the journey of being a student, taking 1000s of hours of training in yoga, breathwork, psychic development, somatic healing and energy work. She has been teaching yoga for 6.5 years and supporting others in awakening their channel through her ceremonies for 2.5 years. Her spaces are deeply coded with safety, integrity, healing and embodying wholeness.
