When we bring conscious awareness to our breath, we tap into a wellspring of insight, understanding, and vitality. In this monthly series we’ll draw upon specific breathing practices to facilitate an inner, meditative experience while actively engaging the body, through yogic breathing techniques, breath retention, Wim Hoff Method (WHM)-style exercises, rebirthing, and psychotropic-style breathwork.
To enhance this immersive experience, we’ll also incorporate elements of Sound, including mantras, music, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and gong.
All backgrounds and experience levels welcome–this class is open to everyone regardless of experience, and those with a background in meditation/pranayama will have the opportunity to deepen their practices with us.
Please wear loose, comfy clothing and feel free to bring blankets, mats, and anything else to help you sit/lay and breathe with ease.
Our space comfortably accommodates 10 people for this experience, so advanced registration guarantees your spot.
Come for one session or join us for all four. $30 each session.
