Breathwork & Sound Meditation on 11/16 at Midtown Movement & Medicine.
Staci Farrah, Somatic Recovery Coach of Midtown Movement & Medicine, will lead the first hour with healing breathwork.
Using gentle prompts and guided visualizations, Staci's transformative breathwork techniques are for the beginner or the experienced.
Carol Christensen, Sound Practioner of Sound Resonance, will lead the second part of the workshop with a gentle, integrative sound bath.
Sound baths are a passive, resting experience where the listener lays cocooned in blankets and is serenaded by crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, the gong and other soothing instruments.
