ABOUT THE EVENT:

Join me for a transformative 90-minute breathwork and sound bath journey designed to help you reconnect with your inner child, release stored emotions, and step into deeper healing. This session will include:

    •    Guided breathwork to open and calm the body

    •    Sound bath with crystal bowls to deepen relaxation

    •    Journaling prompts for reflection and integration

    •    A safe, supportive space for release and renewal

This is more than a class—it’s a healing experience.

WHAT TO BRING:

To make your journey comfortable and deeply immersive, please bring:

    •    A yoga mat

    •    A blanket or shawl

    •    A water bottle

    •    An eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes

    •    A journal and pen/pencil for reflection

Optional but helpful: a pillow for extra comfort.

Come with an open heart and leave with a renewed sense of clarity, peace, and connection.
