These 60-minute sessions offer a gentle but powerful experience combining intentional breath patterns with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, and tuning forks. It's the perfect midweek reset—whether you’re looking to reduce stress, process emotions, or simply come back to yourself. Yoga Mats, Blocks, Bolsters and blankets are provided but you are welcome to bring your own equipment. Comfortable clothing, clean shoes and your own hydration with an enthusiasm for learning is all that you need.
