We are excited to bring Dr. Justin Ternes's Breathwork & Ice Bath workshop to the sunny patio of the Ozark Natural Foods Co-Op!

Inspired by the Wim Hof Method, this experience combines mindful breathing and cold exposure to unlock meditation, rejuvenation, and stress reduction.

3:00 PM Cold Exposure Through Ice Bath
