Doors will open at 1:00 and you are welcome to browse Natreum for hemp derived goodies and connect with others. We will begin our breathwork & cacao circle promptly at 2:00.
Please bring along a journal, yoga mat, your favorite blanket, stones/ crystals for grounding and anything that might support you in feeling grounded and comfortable. We recommend dressing in your coziest clothes!
