About this Event
In this 2-hour immersive experience, Emily and Dooley will guide you into a space of letting go - a journey where you’re invited to meet the arising, to feel and to shed what you’ve been carrying.
We’ll begin by pulling a card from the altar to anchor your intention, followed by a grounding meditation and reflective journaling to connect with what feels heavy, tender or ready to brought to light. From there, we’ll move into the consious breathwork and bass-infused soundscapes designed to help you shed layers, exhale what no longer serves and create space within your body and heart.
Using the power of breath and bass, you’ll be supported in releasing stored emotion, unraveling old patterns and allowing what’s ready to fall away to do so naturally. You will be fully held as you move through waves of shedding - making room for clarity, lightness and a deeper sense of inner freedom.
unlock subconscious blocks, release stored emotions and invite your shadow into the light of acceptance and transformation. You’ll be fully held and guided as you explore the layers of your being and access the liberation found within.
This is an evening of honoring the heaviness, trusting the process and remembering how powerful it is to let go.
The Breathwork Technique:
Emily will lead a 3-part breath (inhale to the belly, inhale to the chest, and exhale) that activates your body’s innate ability to release, recalibrate, and reconnect.
Breathwork can help you:
- Release subconscious beliefs and trapped energy
- Heal stored emotions and trauma
- Regulate your nervous system, creating clarity and calm
- Deepen your connection to your intuition
- Access your authentic expression and soul alignment
The Power of Bass:
Dooley’s live soundscapes blend deep bass tones with hypnotic rhythms, designed to shake up stagnant energy and create a visceral experience of movement and release. Low frequencies resonate with the body’s energetic field, inviting full-body recalibration and grounding. Combined with breathwork, the bass acts as a carrier for your emotional and energetic shifts, amplifying the healing process.
Everyone’s journey with sound and breath is unique. You may experience visuals, heightened sensations, or deep emotional releases—all are welcome as part of this shadow exploration.
