Join us for a relaxing session of breathwork and stress relief with Sky Schools at C27 - let's unwind together!
Fruition MKE had partnered with Sky Schools of Milwaukee to help Use the power of BREATH to reset your body and your mind. SKY Schools Milwaukee is part of a national organization that uses breath, connection and movement to reduce stress and improve performance. We will demonstrate several breathing techniques you can use every day to create calm, create engergy and be your best. These techniques have been used for many years by millions across the world, and now you have a chance to not only start your day off right but also enjoy healthy options for after your session at the Fruition MKE Cafe
Then, stick around if you'd like networking in the cafe and tour the amazing space of C27
8:00am - 9:00 am Breathwork session in the Common Space near the SWIM MKE Entrance
