FRIDAY, MAY 10Breathwork and Sound Healing Meditation
In-person in Glastonbury
Join in this powerful mid-week session bringing guided breathwork together with a Sound Healing Meditation. Starting with the breathwork, we will connect with our bodies, minds and souls. This powerful session will help you in clearing old emotions, releasing old patterns and connecting to where they are stored in your body. We’ll then transition into rest and relaxation with the Sound Healing Meditation using Himalayan Singing Bowls. Find your inner calm and walk away feeling refreshed and renewed. A bowl with warm water will be placed on your body and played to further relax you. Please wear clothing without any buttons, zippers, belts or snaps. The group is kept small so each person can experience the healing on a personal level. A full-body cushion covered in plastic with a yoga mat on top will be provided. Please bring your own pillows, blankets, and/or eye masks A leg bolster will be provided for you.
