Join us in a 2 hour, deep journey of breathwork and sound healing.All levels welcome.

Important details:
All levels weclome, there will be space for intention setting before breathwork and our jouney will end with sound healing + integration.
Doors will be open to the studio at 2:15pm
The ceremony will begin at 2:30pm
Please arrive promptly at 2:15pm to allow yourself time to settle in, the doors will be locked at 2:40 pm .
What to bring:
yoga matt or something to lie on
a blanket
water
an eyemask or scarf, a shirt works great too ;)
a journal or paper + pen
