Breathwork and Sound Healing

Amy Schaller discovered breathwork as a potent tool on her personal healing journey. She has her Master's Degree in Women's Studies from the University of Arizona and is a trained breathwork facilitator with Breathwork for Recovery.

Amy brings over 20 years experience to her sessions and she was instantly struck by the intense healing she experienced after just one session of breathwork. Amy believes that breathwork helped integrate much of the healing work she has done in her life, but nothing has felt as powerful as the healing she experienced through her breathwork practice.
