You’ll be guided through conscious connected breathing techniques to help let go of stress and increase your energy to bring about peace and harmony. Incorporating Breathwork, Sound Healing, Visualisation, Meditation and Oracle Guidance. An enriching blend of practices for holistic healing.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced at breathwork, this event is open to all.

New Year's Eve is a night synonymous with dissapointment and memory loss...we are here to change that....

After the success of our first party in October we are bring you a New Year’s Eve party that blends freedom, frivolity and functional drinks. All powered by electronic music, human connection & a good sound system. (See full events page on my profile for more details.)

If you want to come to the breathwork and then stay around until the party you are more than welcome and there are places to chill out, sauna, eat and change etc in the venue. If you would like to attend please select the add-on at the check out.
