Replenish your Body, Mind & Soul with a Breath & Sound Journey
About this Event

✨✨ Join us in supporting your body, mind and soul in this deeply nourishing Conscious Connected Breath and Sound Journey.

We have found the combination of breath and sound to be deeply healing and replenishing. The breath creates an open and receptive body to receive the sound journey even deeper.

We will start our evening together with a 60 minute breath journey to cleanse and purify emotions and memories that no longer serve. After the breath session, we will transition into a 20 minute sound journey with a gong, crystal singing bowls, wave drum, and crystal lyre. These instruments are designed to harmonize all systems in your body, down to the cellular level for deep relaxation, restoration and replenishment. ✨✨

✨ Benefits of Conscious Connect Breath:

Conscious connected breath uses a specific breathing technique that creates an electromagnetic circuit within the body. As we connect with our breath in this way, emotions that have been stored within the body to be accessed and released, resulting in a more balanced nervous system. We also release serotonin, oxytocin and dopamine into our bodies. These hormones contribute to healing and regulation of our nervous systems. As we balance our nervous systems, we become more resilient and adaptable. We are able to navigate through life’s challenges with greater ease, we become more creative, we feel more confident and trusting in life.

✨ Benefits of sound:

The benefits of sound healing are similar to the breath. Sound creates harmony within the body's nervous system. This decreases stress on the system which lowers blood pressure, heart rate, increases the immune response, increases white blood cell and red blood cell production. Sound affects our brainwave state. Putting us into more meditative states which is deeply relaxing and replenishing for the body.
