Breathwork and Sound Bath with Samantha Veda

Join us for a 2.5-hour immersive experience that combines powerful breathwork and an expansive sound journey within into inner coherence and deep rest. This workshop is designed to help you reset your nervous system, reconnect with your authenticity, and build a foundation for the year ahead and your goals.

This is a most potent time of great beginnings. Welcome the Year of the Horse and the Neptune-Saturn conjunction at O° Aries (the very beginning of the zodiac) with the breath of life and a deeper connection with your true self, your compass for the great journey ahead.

Guided integrative breathwork that will help you release tension, increase mindfulness, and tap into your inner strength

Deep sonic journey into your inner landscapes and a unique state of consciousness with ancient sounds of live instruments including antique Tibetan singing bowls, gong, and chimes
