Join us at Kindrid Kava in Old Brooklyn for a tranformative evening of breath and sound.
Breathwork, led by Johnna, is an incredibly powerful healing modality that can facilitate deep emotional, psychological and physical release. It is a transformational technique that can ignite intense inner exploration through entering into a non-ordinary state of consciousness. In this class, we take some of the most powerful components of different modalities to create an experience that can deepen your connection to self, clear your mind, reduce stress, help to heal inner trauma, release emotions, and expand awareness.
Benjamin will finish the experience with sound. A sound bath is an immersive wellness experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while crystal singing bowls are played around them. The resonant tones and harmonic vibrations wash over the body, encouraging deep relaxation, stress relief, and a meditative state. Many attendees find it helpful for quieting the mind, releasing tension, and restoring a sense of inner calm — no musical experience or active participation required. Simply arrive, settle in, and let the sound do the work.
