Conscious Breathwork: Led by me, designed to help you stop fighting your body and start inhabiting it and opening your heart.
Reiki Energy Healing: Stephanie will provide hands-on (or hovering) Reiki to help integrate the session and soothe the spirit.
The Shift: this session aims to move you from "high alert" to a state of authentic, soulful ease, grounded, clear and peaceful!
One thing folks keep mentioning to me post-session is how good it feels to have authentic caring conversations with neighbors about our lives. When our hearts open that's what happens.
