About Me
Yoga found me over a decade ago, during a time when I was grief-stricken, burnt out, and losing my sense of self. My mental health was fragile, and everything felt heavy. Yoga became my medicine — a path back to my body, my breath, and my truth. It supported me in healing, letting go, and gently remembering who I really am. It is an honour to now hold this space for others.
Jessica is a multi-modality therapist and grief tender, devoted to creating safe and compassionate spaces for those navigating the tender landscapes of grief, emotion, and wellbeing. Rooted in the teachings of Compassionate Inquiry®, Grief tending, Yoga Therapeutics, sessions invite a deep reconnection with the body — to listen, feel, and heal. Guided by a deep respect for many spiritual traditions, this work honors the wisdom of the heart and empowers each person to take responsibility for their healing and live a more joyous and fulfilling life.
The work gently uncovers the root causes of health issues, empowering deeper awareness and lasting change. With awareness and support, cycles of suffering can transform into greater calm, clarity, and vitality.
Change is always possible. You deserve to move forward and feel free again.
