Breathwork and Mantra With Dippy Bamba (+ Vegan Dinner)

Welcome to Breathwork and Mantra With Dippy Bamba at The Goat and Tricycle! Join us on November 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM to dive into deep breathing techniques and elevating community mantras led by Dippy Bamba. After the session, we will nourish and recharge with a delicious Vegan Dinner together. Its going to be a powerful evening of relaxation, vocal connection, energetic song and joyous community, with like-minded individuals.

We will begin with a 45 minute breathwork session, where we will guide you through some techniques to connect deeply to your body, as well as to the vibrations within. It will be both relaxing and energising, as we slow down and connect, whilst charging the breath of sound deep within us.

After a short tea break, we will move in to singing some community mantras, weaving into some of our favourite songs and affirmations as a collective.Get ready to sing, clap, drum and shake into some ecstatic moments of musical vibration and connection together!

To finish the evening, we will nourish ourselves with a delicious vegan dinner, homemade by our Amba Bamba! This will be a beautiful moment to chat, connect, relax and share our experiences!
