Breathwork and Gong Bath at The Center SF

Melt into a sound bath meditation to relax your nervous system and rejuvenate your mind body and spirit.

We will begin with 15 minutes of guided yogic breathwork meant to bring us into deeper state of awareness and surrender. In breathwork we are bringing the mind and body into union so we can be fully present for the sound healing.

The gong bath will be 45 minutes long during which you will be invited to lie down and have the soothing sounds of the gongs guide you into a meditative state for deep renewal on all levels.

Logistics: This event will be indoors in The Center SF's yoga room. Yoga mats blankets and bolsters will be provided. Please bring water to drink and anything else you may need to make yourself comfortable. Tickets are non-refundable but you can gift them to a friend or resell them.

Timing:Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the sound bath so that you can make your space comfortable and settle in. We will begin promptly at the start time. Late-comers after 10 minutes of the start time will not be allowed in so as to keep the container of the sound.

Anwen completed her sound healing training with Ana Netanel in Los Angeles. She continued to deepen her sound healing training with Simona Asinovski and Guy Douglas of Sound Meditation Presents. She has been regularly practicing yoga for 16 years. She completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Padma Nair in Kerala India in 2018 and is currently in a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Janet Stone. In 2021 she trained and became certified in Past Life Regression Hypnosis Healing and Reiki Angelic Alchemy Healing. She is also trained in Level 1 Reiki in the Usui tradition. She is a self-taught herbalist and permaculturalist. From 2018-2022 Anwen founded and ran The Well Organic Kitchen in Oakland. From 2017-2022 Anwen co-facilitated transformation retreats with YES World - specifically the Asian Diaspora Jam and the Environmental Changemakers Jam. Anwen is the General Manager of The Center SF and is honored to be on this collective healing journey together.
