About this Event

About this event

This full spectrum breathwork sequence with music will settle you down into your body, bring your system into coherence, nourish your cells, and build emotional resilience leaving you in an energized yet centered state. The music acts as a unifying force and a guide. The benefits of this workshop will last for days and these individual practices have a way of sticking once they are experienced. You will also receive a handout of the entire sequence to take home that you can use with my public Spotify playlist.

WHY ARE WE DOING BREATHWORK?

Learn to calm yourself as well as activate your body systems.

Practice being present with your breath to train your awareness and map your mind/body

Enhance immune system function

Regulate chronic pain

Release tension, fear and stuck energies

(Improved cardiovascular fitness)

Expand your range of comfort with different emotional states. (Emotional resilience)

Heal through community and connection.

Breath control is the doorway into the nervous system. It will allow you to regulate your body state which is a large portion of your emotional state. Emotional dysregulation causes you to be a passenger In your body. It means that your environment is controlling how you feel, think, and react. When you practice breathwork along with awareness you can be the pilot and not a passenger so that you may respond with intention to life and stay emotionally centered.

DOORS OPEN AT 7:30PM WORKSHOP STARTS PROMPTLY AT 8pm
