Transforming Thought Loops into New Stories

Are you tired of the same old story playing on repeat in your mind? Join us for an engaging workshop designed to help you cut through the noise of old thought loops with the power of breathwork.

Discover how breathwork can shift you out of your head and into your body, loosening the grip of old stories to create new ones. This workshop will enable you to:

  • Find relief from an old loop that is holding you back
  • Feel the magnetic potential of a new possibility
  • Drop deeply into your body and remember your true power

You know that old story? The one you can never seem to turn off? The one that tells you aren’t good enough, or you can’t do it, or you don’t belong? It’s time for it to go.

These thought loops are so hard to break because we try to break them with our mind - the same place that created them. We say “stop thinking that” or “I don’t want to feel this,” but that approach doesn’t work. In order to break through, we have to drop out of our heads and into our bodies to access a deeper level of intelligence. Breathwork is the tool.

In this experience, we will use an activating three-part breath to drop into our bodies, release old loops, and welcome new stories.



Agenda
  • 30 mins: Welcome, Breathwork overview, Journal practice
  • 45 mins: Breathwork experience (~25-30 minutes of active breath plus integration time)
  • 15 mins: Group shares and integration



What is Breathwork?

Like a pressure-release valve for your unprocessed emotional backlog, breathwork is an ancient and powerful healing tool. By using the power of our breath, we can transform our lives. Meghan (@meggiff) is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, veteran fitness instructor, corporate executive, and founder of FRQNCY. She believes in beat drops, deep conversations, the occasional late-night rave, and returning to your inner rhythm. Her approach to wellness is warm, intuitive, and grounded. Her mission is to spark curiosity for your own journey home.
