Breathwork is an evidence-based practice that supports recovery after trauma. We will practice two basic breathwork techniques and learn how breathwork supports a healthy nervous system.
This program is facilitated by Michaela I. Fissel, M.A., Executive Director of Advocacy Unlimited, Inc., person in long-term recovery, and breathwork practitioner.
