Breathing Space Closing Breathwork Experience
About this Event
Breathing Space closes on Saturday June 27th. Before it does, we are marking the end of the show the way it deserves to be marked.
Surrounded by Lisa Moriarty’s artworks exploring memory, rhythm, the ocean, and emotional connection, guests are invited to slow down, reconnect, and experience a guided breathwork session led by therapist Natalie Craver.
This one-hour workshop is designed to create space for pause, reflection, and presence through intentional breathing and mindful stillness within the gallery. Whether you are new to breathwork or already have a mindfulness practice, this experience offers a calming reset and an opportunity to engage with the exhibition in a deeply personal way.
If there is a piece from Breathing Space you have been thinking about, this is your chance to take it home.
Breathing Space was always about having somewhere to land. This morning is that, in the most literal sense.
Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a mat or a blanket if you have one, come ready to breathe and enjoy beautiful art.
Guests are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to settle into the space and explore the exhibition before the session begins.
About Lisa Moriarty
Lisa Moriarty came to art through a different kind of making entirely. Trained as an occupational therapist, she spent years working with cardiac patients, burn survivors, premature infants, and children with complex disabilities, learning firsthand how the body holds tension, how process creates safety, and how rhythm can restore what anxiety has scattered.
About Natalie Craver
Natalie Craver is a Licensed Professional Counselor and mindfulness practitioner who guides individuals through grounding, restorative breathwork experiences focused on presence, emotional connection, and nervous system regulation. With a calming and compassionate approach, Natalie creates space for participants to slow down, reconnect, and experience moments of reflection and renewal.
For Breathing Space, Natalie will lead a guided breathwork session inspired by the exhibition’s themes of rhythm, stillness, and emotional landscape.
