About this Event
"In the age of distraction, nothing can feel more luxurious than paying attention"
Pico Iyer, The Art of Stillness

Want to experience more calm and contentment in the messiness of modern life?

Meditation can help.

Meditation can help us discover a world of peace and tranquility. With guidance and support we can touch in to our true potential, discovering our emotional resilience towards the challenges we encounter in our lives and respond with more kindness and compassion.

Join us for a taster session of how meditation can help us to regain our balance, touch into stillness and gather a sense of calm in the choas of modern life.

Led by experienced meditation teachers who will guide you through practices and techniques to get you in touch with your body and mind.

No experience neccessary, just turn up!

This session is for people of colour to come together, share our experience and connect.
