Each session, Savi will guide the group through a sequence of accessible and beneficial breathwork exercises to facilitate a releasing, relaxing, and re-energizing reset.
No prior experience necessary.If you breathe, this class is for you! (That’s ALL of us!!)

Preparation:
Refrain from a full dinner until after the session (conscious breathing is best experienced on a nearly empty stomach, eating a light snack 30-60 minutes before is OK)
We will be primarily sitting and lying down. Chairs are available if needed.
What to Bring:
Anything else you need for your personal comfort
Yoga mat
Cushion/pillow
Light blanket
