About this Event
We spend so much time caught up in the world — working, rushing, achieving — that we forget to pause. This outdoor BreathEra® event in Singapore is your reminder to slow down, reconnect, & simply breathe.
Together with Livia Cavallini, a Yoga & Ayurveda Therapist (RYT 500), we’ll guide you through a 2-hour experience designed to bring balance to both body & mind — the complete session for the whole being.
Livia will open the session with a 55-minute yoga flow that releases physical tension, improves mobility, & sets the foundation for stillness. I’ll then guide you through 55 minutes of BreathEra® breathwork, focusing on nervous system regulation, mental clarity, & deep inner calm.
As the founder of Movement & Sports Medicine Centre (MSMC), developer of BreathEra® & the NeuroSeries along with Livia, we've both designed this experience to help you feel both grounded & energised — a blend of science, movement, & mindfulness that truly transforms.

Mindful Yoga
Info: A gentle blend of mindful movement, breath & sound, created to help participants reconnect with their bodies & quiet the mind. Rooted in yoga & vedic principles, her 50-minute practice combines gentle postures with conscious breathing & the vibrational waves of bowls & other instruments, allowing space for softness, awareness & release. Suitable for all levels, her session invites you to move with intention, breathe with presence,& find calm through simple, accessible movements that anyone can do. It’s a grounding start that prepares both body & mind for the deeper stillness that follows in the BreathEra®️ session.

Info: The second half of the experience is a 55-minute BreathEra® breathwork session — a journey through a range of breathing drills designed to enhance both physical & mental resilience.
Developed by Jab, founder of Movement & Sports Medicine Centre (MSMC) & creator of BreathEra® & the NeuroSeries Framework, this session blends science-backed breathing techniques with mindful awareness to create lasting change in the body & mind.
Support the lymphatic system & improve circulation
Down-regulate the nervous system, promoting calm & recovery
Expand lung capacity & breathing efficiency
Strengthen mental & emotional resilience
Release stored tension & stressors from the body
End with an integration phase, allowing the body & mind to settle into deep stillness with sound baths(trust us, it's amazing)!
Every practice is guided safely with attention to comfort, awareness, & control — ensuring participants can work within their limits while still experiencing profound effects.
