With over 8 years of breathwork practice and certification from YogaLab, Raji brings a wealth of experience to his sessions. He has also completed a few breathwork courses with the renowned Wim Hof, the Ice Man. Raji has guided both group and private breathwork sessions across diverse locations including India, Costa Rica, Sweden, and Spain.

In Raji’s Sessions:

• Group Sessions: Begin with deep relaxation to prepare the body and improve cellular storage.
• Transition into slow, deep breaths to open the chest and lungs, followed by a faster-paced phase to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
• Conclude with a period of profound relaxation, allowing clients to connect deeply with their inner selves and gain clarity and guidance.
