WHAT TO WEAR/BRING

Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga class vibes. Bring a light sweater and even a blanket. Bring your yoga mat or anything that will make you comfortable to lay on the ground. Bring water if you would like to.

Victoria is a nationally board-certified acupuncturist with over 5 years of experience. She utilizes traditional Chinese medicine modalities to treat pain, digestive concerns, women’s health, hormonal imbalances, stress, fatigue, and even facial rejuvenation. She believes that true healing can only happen when the patient and doctor are both invested in the healing process.

Kourtney is dedicated to guiding men and women back to themselves so they can reconnect back to life and their desires. She is a somatic breath activation practitioner, empowerment coach and reiki Master. With 10 years in the wellness industry and 4 years holding client sessions in multiple modalities. Breathwork has been such a sacred space to hold. Witnessing people come into the space skeptical, nervous, stressed, worried about what may come up, to leaving in peace and liberation having released what no longer serves you . She can’t wait to guide you through this session.
