SESSION 2: Breathe with Purpose - Bondi Pavilion |11th January
12pm-2pm
On January 11th 2026, at Bondi Pavilion, we will come together as a community to support one another and focus on mindful breathing practices accompanied with a sound healing by Bondi local Bess Wittingslow.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to families directly affected by the recent Bondi attack.
Come breathe with us, find calm, and make a positive impact.
As a bonus, all participants will receive a complimentary PDF detailing the science and benefits of breathwork, along with guided breathwork techniques for daily integration.
