About this Event

Join Us for Breathe with Mother Earth

What if the Earth wasn't simply the setting for your healing—but an active participant in it?

Step into nature and experience a guided, trauma-informed somatic breathwork journey designed to deepen your connection with Mother Earth, your body, and the wisdom that lives within both.

You're invited to slow down, soften, and remember that you are not separate from nature—you are part of it. Through conscious breath, you'll create space to regulate your nervous system, quiet the mind, open the heart, and reconnect with the grounding presence of the Earth.

This experience begins with a 15-minute pre talk to where you'll learn about the breathwork process, its benefits, and important considerations to ensure the practice feels supportive and safe. We'll then move into a 30-minute active somatic breathwork journey followed by time for gentle integration and reflection. Participants will be lying flat in Shavasana (Corpse Pose) for the 30 minute active breath.

Participants can expect to:

  • Feel more grounded, present, and connected.
  • Open the heart to receive the wisdom and nourishment of nature.
  • Release stress and emotional tension held in the body.
  • Deepen their relationship with Mother Earth and the Divine Feminine.
  • Leave feeling restored, centered, and renewed.

Facilitated by Shanice Hemphill, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Practitioner, Energy Hygienist, Land Steward, and Holistic Healer, whose work is devoted to helping others regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves and the Earth.

Please bring your own Yoga mat, blanket, water, journal
