About this Event
Strong lungs, fast legs, how about your… breath?
When it comes to running, we can put lots of focus on gait mechanics, the right mobility routine, and runner-specific strength. The same amount of attention isn’t always put on how we breathe, especially when we run.
Join Chris Eddy, Oxygen Advantage Instructor and run lover, for a deep dive on your breath and how you can use it to better both your performance and your recovery.
In the spirit of keeping this accessible to everyone interested, this is a pay-what-you-can event, with all of the proceeds going to Hamilton’s FAB Foundation.
With an emphasis on self-confidence and goal-setting, FAB works in low-income communities in Hamilton to help young girls become strong women through the power of sport.
While the usual cost of an event like this one is $60, we encourage you to contribute whatever feels accessible to you.
About Chris:
To live a vibrant, high quality life, we need to move and breathe well. Chris has dedicated the last 7 years to understanding both of these things better.
Certifications through the Oxygen Advantage, Wim Hof Method Academy, and the CHEK Institute are what inform his approach to training and are what enable him to share ways we can have and feel more life in the one we live.
