🌬️ BREATHWORK SESSION - FULLY GUIDED IN ENGLISH

Join us for a breathwork session entirely in English – something I felt was missing in Paris

You'll be using circular breathing, a continuous breath with no pause between inhale and exhale. This conscious breathing method helps unlock the body's natural ability to release stored tension, emotional blockages, and unresolved trauma while creating space for profound expansion

🌍 Why we're doing this in English I've noticed how the international community here has limited access to breathwork sessions and healing practices in English. I wanted to create a space where expats, students, and English speakers could dive deep without language barriers

🙏 What to expect Through conscious breathing, we can access deeper layers of our inner world, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect with clarity and presence. If you've never done breathwork before, don't worry we'll guide you every step of the way. If you're already familiar with it, you know how powerful it can be

👥 About us I'm Estelle (French) I've been facilitating in English for several years, training in India, I love holding space for people from diverse backgrounds to meet themselves

📋 Practical stuff

• Avoid eating for 2 hours before the session
• Bring a blindfold or scarf to help you turn inward
• Let us know if you have any health concerns. We will also ask you about contraindications once you registered
