About this Event
Breathe to Belong is a guided breath-led journey designed to help you release what you’ve been holding, reflect on what truly matters, and connect — with yourself and to a community.
We begin with breathwork to gently open the body and quite the mind. then the second part of the session we move into a guided sharing circle — a space to express, listen, and be seen without judgment.
This is not a space for small talk.
This is a space for honesty, depth, and real human connection.
Through breath, presence, and shared experience, something powerful happens —
a natural sense of belonging begins to emerge.

This experience is guided by Vinod, founder of Inhale Joy — a qualified breathwork facilitator with lived experience in conscious and inner work.
Inhale Joy began as his personal mantra — a way to return to the breath & self when life felt challenging — and has now evolved into his purpose: creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through breath, music, and embodied awareness.
