About this Event

EVENT FLOW

The experience begins with a grounding practice, allowing you to center yourself and release the outside world. Then, Herbalist and Ceremonialist Nora Luce guides you into a tea ceremony. You will experience it within your own self and receive healing from the Mimosa Tree.

Then in an embodiment practice you will lay back and be guided in a Somatic Breathwork Journey by licensed therapist and breathwork faciliator Christy Doucette. This breathwork session is a powerful practice of active meditation that allows you to release stored tension, dissolve emotional blocks, and enter a deeper connection with your inner world. As Christy shares: “The breath is a healing modality that brings us into presence—where we are most at ease and able to access clarity, gratitude, peace, and joy. It connects us with our intuition, our Spirit, and the present moment.”

In sacred alignment, Sound Therapist Grace Krauser closes our ceremony to help us clear energetic blockages, to recharge and upgrade the light codes within our energetic bodies. The healing vibrations of the crystal bowls and other healing instruments supports the movement and medicine of the tea within the bodies of our water, allowing for even deeper connection. The immersive soundscape experience promotes relaxation, stress relief and emotional healing.

By the end of the session, you will feel centered to the healing plants that nourish spirit, body and soul. The tones of the sound harmonizing with the ritual of tea is going to create such a state of bliss to take you out into the rest of your day!
