Fun Friday night flow with Xayleen!
Breathe.
Let's unwind from the week starting with a powerful breath practice to prepare us for our fast-paced challenging yoga flow to upbeat music!
Move.
We will move stagnant energy and invigorate the whole body. Then slow down the physical practice, enjoying a lavender infused cool cloth as we get ready to enter the mind and heart through a 15-minute Yoga Nidra meditation and crystal bowl sounds!
Connect.
Once you come back from your journey into much needed deep relaxation, you're welcome to stay and gather together as we receive motivational messages from oracle cards before we conclude.
