This insightful, practical workshop is designed to support you in the time between your regular classes. It can be hard to know what to practise sometimes when you come to your mat. In this workshop Nadine will guide you through elements of building your own yoga sequences and support you in the work of self-prescribing practices. Our practice should be a daily practice for life so it is useful to know what is appropriate at various times in our lives and how to respond to how we are feeling.

Who is this workshop suitable for?
Suitable for all levels, for beginners to more experienced students, to new teachers who are interested in building sequences.
What to expect?
This workshop will be a combination of discussion, theory and practical work. We shall look at what to apply to different energetics - such as what to do when you feel tired/what to do in the evening to support sleep? We shall explore different breathing practices and techniques to support us to bring our yoga fully into our lives. Nadine endeavours for you to feel confident to play with various techniques in between your regular visits to the studio/online classes.
Handouts will be provided.

This 2.5 hour workshop is £30 - concessions apply.
