Breathe Into Theta is a 90-minute conscious breathwork experience designed to guide you into the theta brainwave state—the mystical space between waking and dreaming, where deep healing and transformation unfold.

Using a gentle yet powerful technique we call Beyond Breath: Theta Exploration, you’ll be led into an altered state of awareness. Here, the breath becomes a sacred bridge—carrying you beyond the mind, into the emotional body, and deep into the soul.

In the theta state:

• The ego softens, and the inner world expands.
• You may feel a trance-like connection to Spirit, memory, or imagination.
• Your subconscious becomes open and receptive, offering space to rewrite old patterns and plant seeds of intention.
• Emotions may rise in waves—grief, joy, anger, laughter—all are part of the clearing.

We’ll close with a guided integration to help you ground, embody, and receive the wisdom of the breath. Most leave feeling changed—lighter, clearer, and deeply connected to something greater.
