Breathe, Create, and Flow w/ Jewel

Participants in the Breathe, Create, and Flow: A Mindful Arts Workshop will take part in breathing and movement exercises and craft art projects using a mindfulness approach to creating. The program aims to promote well-being through mindfulness, movement, and creative expression.

• Feb 10th-March 31st Mondays and Tuesdays 4:00pm-6:00pm
• This session will involve mixed media materials such as paint and adhesives. Come prepared to make a mess and dress accordingly! Aprons will be provided as needed.Room will be lightly aromatic. Light refreshments will be. Must be 14+ to attend.
• Mobility Range: Workshops will include minor movement components like stretching.
