Breathe Before You Break: A Psychologist-Led Immersive Experience
About this Event
This experience is open to everyone — especially high achievers, caregivers, leaders, military Veterans, and individuals navigating multiple roles, chronic stress and/or burnout.
Many people appear calm, capable, and successful while privately carrying chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, and the invisible weight of “holding it all together.”
In this transformational immersion experience Dr. Kristie Norwood explores the psychological and psychosocial cost of prolonged overfunctioning, perfectionism, and unresolved stress.
Drawing from years of evidence-based clinical work, leadership in higher education, and experience supporting military veterans and high-performing individuals, Dr. Norwood provides a Framework for understanding the pattens and cycles of chronic stress, roots of overfunctioning and practical strategies for building a life you no longer want to escape from.
This experience is designed for individuals who are ready to move from survival mode to intentional restoration and emotional freedom.
