About this Event

Our breath is always with us, yet most of the time we barely notice it.

In our last gathering, we explored the breath as an anchor for awareness. This time, we'll take the next step and explore how consciously changing the way we breathe can help us navigate stress, tension and difficult emotions.

Through slow, comfortable breathing and gentle, extended exhalations, we'll practise noticing emotions in the body and using the breath to soften tension and create space around what we're feeling.

We'll begin with a brief introduction and breathing exercise, followed by a guided meditation and optional conversation afterward.

No previous meditation experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
